The Ph.D. in Management course takes at least 4 years for full-time students and 5 years for part-time students. The maximum time allowed is 6 years, but it can be extended up to 8 years. For women and differently-abled students, the duration can go up to 10 years in special cases. During the program, you must complete coursework, clear exams, and work under a research supervisor. Your research must be original, and the final thesis is checked strictly before awarding the degree.

Guides are senior professors or associate professors with published research. Each guide can take only a limited number of students. Interdisciplinary work is encouraged, and co-guides from other departments or institutes are also allowed. Foreign students can apply through the International Affairs Office.
