Meet your Faculty

The Online MA in Journalism and Mass Communication takes about 2 years, with 4 semesters. The students can finish at their own pace according to their schedule.

Students should have a bachelor's degree in any discipline from a recognized university. Relevant work experience in media-related fields is an added advantage but not mandatory.

While a background in journalism or mass communication is helpful, the program is designed to help students from a variety of academic backgrounds. Critical thinking, writing, and communication skills will be developed throughout the course.

The course delivery comprises a combination of online lectures, recorded sessions, and interactive discussions. There will be availability to digital libraries and online journals plus dedicated academic support from the faculties.

Graduates can seek careers in journalism, public relations, media management, content creation, and digital marketing. In addition to that, students will be well-prepared for further academic research and teaching roles in the field.
