The counsellors at Shoolini University are extremely disappointing in terms of communication. They often lack clarity, professionalism, and helpfulness during conversations. Instead of guiding students properly, they seem disinterested and rushed, offering vague or incomplete information. Follow-ups are often ignored, and students are left feeling confused and frustrated. This creates a negative first impression of the university and causes unnecessary stress for prospective students. Effective counselling is crucial for students making important decisions, and unfortunately, Shoolini fails in this aspect. The university should take serious steps to improve their counsellors' communication skills and attitude toward students.
