In Marketing, the electives are Sales Management, Digital Marketing & Analytics, and Strategic Brand Management. In Finance, the electives are Corporate Valuation, Mergers and Acquisitions, and Project Finance. In Operations, the electives are Supply Chain Management & Analytics, Project Management, and Operations Excellence in Services & Manufacturing. In Entrepreneurship, the electives are New Ventures, Technology Entrepreneurship, and Small Business Growth. Then there are additional electives such as Strategic HRM, Corporate Turnaround, and Blue Ocean Strategy.

For the SPJ Global Executive MBA pedagogy, the evaluations are done through projects such as the Global Strategy Immersion Project and Applied Strategic Project.
