Let's clear up some doubts
The qualifications depend on the course in which you take admission. For each course there is a specific requirement. For example if you applied for the Master program then it is mandatory to complete the bacholers degree.
It might take two weeks or more than two weeks to receive an offer letter. However the time also rely on the course. If the student does not submit the required documents then the university might put their application on hold.
The cost of living in Germany is approximately 12,000 euros per year. This cost will include rent, food, transportation, and other expenses as well.
