Yashwantrao Chavan Maharashtra Open University Admission Process

YCMOU has been awarded with an “A” grade accreditation from the NAAC.

To be eligible for a distance BA program in Urdu, students must fulfill the following eligibility criteria set by the Yaswantrao Chavan Maharashtra Open University. Here is the general eligibility criteria to enrol in a distance BA in Urdu program:

1. Students must have completed their bachelor’s degree from a recognized university, either from the Maharashtra State board or another equivalent board.
2. They must have secured a minimum of 45% marks in the overall percentage.
3. There is no extra reservation for the students of any category.

• Students should have completed a Preparatory Program of Yashwantrao Chavan Maharashtra Open University

Or

• Students must have completed their 12th class from Magarashtra State Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education (HSC) or any other equivalent state board from another state.

Or

• The Senior Secondary class must be passed before 1975.

Or

• Students must have completed (successfully) a minimum of 2 years in a Government-Recognized Diploma Program right after 10th class.
