We need to understand that there are two doctorate programs, one is a PhD and the other one is a DBA program. Both are doctorate programs. Now coming back to your question, you can not pursue PhD after BA because a BA is of three years and the eligibility for PhD program is you must have a master's degree and if you do have a master's degree then you must have a bachelor's degree of 4 years with a minimum of 75 percent marks.
Moreover, you can pursue a DBA program if you have completed your BA because the eligibility criteria of DBA are you must have completed your master's degree and if you do not have a master's degree then you must have a bachelor's degree with a minimum working experience of 5-7 years.
