• Must have work experience of a minimum of 3 years.

IIM Nagpur has a systematic evaluation and examination pattern in place. This pattern ensures the learning and testing of student’s knowledge and skills. Case studies are held to analyse the methods and strategies used, along with business-based observations. Then there are in-class activities in which student’s participation is evaluated. Assignments are held both individually and group-wise. In the case of an individual assignment, the student’s knowledge and understanding gained are evaluated.

In the case of group assignments, the student’s ability to collaborate, brainstorm and cooperate is evaluated leading to the development of their team-building skills. Then there is a project which is an opportunity  to apply knowledge, concepts, skills, and theory to come up with something that makes a difference in revolutionary innovations and ideas. A final exam is conducted to evaluate the entire knowledge gained at different levels of the course.
