- The candidate should have a Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized institution/university.

- The university/institution from which the candidate has obtained his/her qualification must satisfy at least one of the conditions given below:
- University or educational institution as incorporated by an Act of Parliament or State Legislature in India
- Declared to be deemed as a University under Section 3 of the UGC Act, 1956
- Equivalent qualification recognized by the Ministry of HRD, Government of India.
- The duration of the candidate’s bachelor’s degree should be a minimum of 3 years.
- When it comes to work experience, the candidate must have done a minimum of 3 years after graduation.
