• The candidate should be registered as an Indian citizen and also have residence in India.
• The candidate must have successfully completed a Bachelor’s degree from a recognized institution/university.
• The institute/university, from which the candidate obtained his/her Bachelor’s degree, must have satisfied one of the following conditions that validate its legitimacy: 
  • Declared to be deemed as a University under Section 3 of the UGC Act, 1956.
  • Equivalent qualification recognized by the Ministry of HRD, Government of India.
  • University or educational institution as incorporated by an Act of Parliament or State Legislature in India.
• The duration of the Bachelor’s degree held by the candidate must be a minimum of 3 years or more.
• The candidate’s work experience must be a minimum of 3 years after graduation.
• The candidate, at graduation,  must have scored  a minimum of: 
  • 50% marks (general students) or its equivalent CGPA
  • 45% marks(EWS/NC-OBC) or equivalent CGPA
  • 40% marks(SC/ST/PWD) or equivalent CGPA
