IIT Hyderabad or the Indian Institute of Technology Hyderabad(IITH) is one of India’s premier institutions that was founded in the year 2008. As per the National Institutional Ranking Framework, this institution has been ranked in the top 10 Indian Engineering institutions for the last many years. It is considered to be one of the most coveted schools for science and technology in India. As per the QS World Ranking in 2023 it is ranked 691th-700th., and in the QS Asia Ranking it is ranked at 248th position.

IITs offer many scholarships to students like merit-cum-means scholarships, that are offered to students whose family’s income does not exceed Rs. 4.5 lakhs for all category students. It also offers ST/SC Scholarships but this requires proper documentation submission by the students. The examinations are done in semester mode or in yearly mode depending on the course opted. The students who are a part of the online learning program have to appear for an online examination. They can appear from anywhere, with a good internet connection. The study material offered to the students is self-paced and they can access all the video lectures and PDFs from their portal after confirmation of their admission.
