About SVU WILP M.Tech
The SVU WILP M.Tech degree programme is designed for professionals who have already completed their B.Tech/B.E. degree and are now working as full-time professionals. This course allows such professionals to complete further education without giving up their professional engagements.
This is a well-accredited course of postgraduate level, and being a lateral entry course, it has one extra semester (i.e. 5 semesters/ 2.5 years) in comparison to a regular M.Tech programme which is of a duration of 2 years. The additional final semester is to accommodate the practical aspects of the course curriculum. The course also meets various other specifications mentioned by bodies such as AICTE and UGC for a part-time engineering course.
Designed with an updated and detailed curriculum, this course uses a pedagogy that allows students to grasp the concepts through a number of formats including interactive offline lectures, online lectures, comprehensive and engaging learning materials, simulated labs for practising and much more. Overall, the course weaves self-paced learning practices with a detailed curriculum to enhance the understanding of skills required to excel in this field.

- This is a course in the blended mode of learning as students can attend offline classes, which are conducted in the evenings and on holidays and weekends, as well as recorded online lectures available on the university’s LMS.

SVU Admission Process
There is an online admission procedure for applying to a technical program at SVU. Fresh admissions start generally in January of every year. There is no entrance exam conducted for technical programs, unlike other B.Tech programs. The admission procedure for 2024 for online courses at SVU is as follows:

Step 3: Now the admission form will open on your screen. Fill in your basic personal details and click on “Next”.
Step 4: Now select your course and specialization and complete the fee payment.
Step 5: Fill in all your academic details and then upload the necessary documents and then Submit.

SVU Examination Pattern
The semester exams are conducted offline and on campus. These exams are usually scheduled over weekends. Apart from the semester exams, all the other assignments/quizzes are held online.

I was working full-time but also wanted to study. In such circumstances, going to a full-time regular mode college is not what I wanted. Then my sister suggested that I should go for some distance or an online course. Later, I took admission to this Institute and had an amazing experience there.

I have completed my B.Tech WILP program from SV University. My experience there was good. The curriculum was really well crafted as it was all relevant to the latest advances in the industry. The remote lab facility is the best thing I liked about the university as many times they were helpful when I could not attend physical lab classes.

I am currently pursuing M.Tech in CSE from SVU. The university is great in terms of the flexibility they offer. With my jam-packed schedules at office I never thought I could manage studies so well. The access to digital content for all theoretical subject also helps a great deal in case you miss the offline lectures.

Sri Venkateswara University (SVU) Is One Of The Top Universities In Uttar Pradesh. I Am In My 3 Rd Year Now And Have Had A Pleasant Experience. The Faculty Is Really Helping And Understanding. There Is Not Much Of A Load Of Attendance And Exams Are Also Not Very Tough To Pass.
