The candidate can enrol in examinations like CAT, MAT, SNAP, GMAT, MICAT, MAH CET and many more. In today’s blog, we will discuss the importance of the MAH MBA CET examination. 

MAH MBA CET examination has been done. The results are expected to be announced soon. Answer key for the examination was released on 1 April 2024. The examination was conducted on March 9, 10 and 11 2024. The examination is conducted by the Maharashtra State Cet Cell.

This examination took place in around 40 cities and across 12 major cities. As per the analysis of the examination, the day 2 session of the examination was difficult but overall the other shifts were easy.

What is MAH CET MBA?

Maharashtra Common Entrance Test, also officially known as MAH MBA/MMS-CET. It is a state-level entrance examination conducted by Maharashtra to offer admission to the top management colleges and B-Schools. It is valid for

• All Government of Maharashtra Management Education Institutes
• University Managed Management Education Institutes
• University Departments of Management Education
• All Un-Aided Management Education Institutes covered as per the Act

After the completion of the MAH MBA CET examination, CAP which is a centralised admission procedure is conducted that helps the candidate get the right university and institute after the counselling.

MAH MBA CET CAP 2024 Counselling process

After the announcement of the MBA CET results in the universities and colleges conduct counselling sessions in the month of July-August. The candidates qualified the examination are required to attend the counselling session for admission to the MBA colleges in Maharashtra.

Qualified candidates are required to fill out the counselling form. The MBA CET scores are accepted nearly by 300 colleges in Maharashtra. The candidate after filling out the online counselling form the counselling will be conducted in two rounds and will based on the marks and cut-offs of the examination.

Counselling covers students from two categories Maharashtra State Candidates and All India Candidates and a two merit list is also released for the same. 

What are the steps to download the MAH MBA CET Scorecard?

• Visit the official website mahacet.org.
• Select the MBA/MMS-CET section on the website. 
• Open the dropdown menu and select the download scorecard section. 
• Enter your credentials in the spaces(Your application number and date of birth).
• PDF will appear that will have your name, MBA CET score, percentile, and registration number.
• Click on the download pdf button and save your grade card on your device. 

MAH MBA CET Results 2024

After the announcement of the results, the scorecard can be downloaded from the official website. Here are the steps that you can use to view the results  :

• You need to visit the official website cetcell.mahacet.org.
• Select the MBA/MMS CET 2024 scorecard. 
• Select the dropdown menu and view the scorecard.
• Fill in the application number and date of birth.
• The PDF will appear on the screen click on download to get the pdf download.

Application Process of MAH MBA CET 

If you are planning to appear in the examination, you must fill out the entrance examination application form :

• Visit the official website of the MAH MBA CET 2024 website which is cetcell.mahacet.org
• Select the new registration tab and then click on the I accept and Proceed tab.
• Now start filling out the registration form with your details and phone number. 
• Now create a unique password and select the save and proceed button.
• Now re-login with the application number and and password. 
• Enter personal details, category and domicile.
• Upload the required documents and photographs. 
• Enter the preference of the city for the test
• Pay the application fees and you are registered for the examination. 

What are the eligibility criteria to appear in MAH MBA CET?

There are certain eligibility criteria to enrol in the examination. Here we have mentioned here :

• Candidates appearing in the examination must have a bachelor’s degree in any related discipline with at least 45% to 50% marks in the qualifying degree. 
• Candidates in the final year of bachelors are also eligible to apply for this examination. 
• Candidates appearing in other MBA entrance examinations like CAT/MAT/XAT/GMAT/ATMA etc are also eligible for admission through the All India Seats Category.
