IMI Kolkata EMI Details
IMI Kolkata considers students who can’t pay the fees upfront at once for the programs related to management. Hence the student can pay via loans to sustain his/her admission in the programs conducted by the institute. Some of the banks who can provide loans for the programs are State Bank of India, Canara Bank, Axis Bank, HDFC Credila, HDFC Bank, Bank of Baroda, ICICI Bank, etc
IMI Kolkata Admission Process
The candidates interested to be a student of a program at IMI Kolkata have to go through the following admission process:
- The candidate has to apply through an online application portal.
- In the application, the candidate has to furnish relevant details about self.
- Then the candidate has to pay the application fee and upload the relevant documents asked by the institute.
- The application will be reviewed by the concerned staff and will select a certain number of candidates for an interview.
- After the interview, an evaluation of the candidates participated in the interview will take place and after that, a certain number of candidates will receive the selection letter.
- After receiving the selection letter, the candidate has to pay the registration fees to finally enroll into the chosen program.
- Then he/she has to attend the orientation on the day of commencement of the program.

IMI Kolkata Examination Pattern
IMI Kolkata has a robust evaluation system in place. Case studies are taught & discussed to evaluate the student’s ability to assimilate the nuance of innovative thinking that is illustrated through each case example. The exams for programs are held in online mode via software at the institute’s approval. The faculty is involved in evaluating the student across multiple formats which consist of a continuous feedback mechanism to keep the student engaged with the curriculum. There are summer internships that consist of the report that encompasses a summarization of activities performed during the summer internship, a presentation of ideas & findings, and a viva which tests the student’s experience & knowledge during the internship. Then there are projects that evaluate their learning and application skills.
