Integral University is a well-known and reputed institution situated in Lucknow, which was established in 2004 and it is known for its rich heritage, culture world-class education. The Integral University was established and approved by the University Grants Commission (UGC) under section 2(f) and 12B of the UGC Act, 1956, Medical Council of India, Pharmacy Council of India, UP State Medical Faculty, Council of Architecture, Bar Council of India, Indian Association of Physiotherapists, National Council for Teacher Education, Indian Nursing Council. 

Imparting online education across the nation, the university came up with a dedicated department of its own: the Center for Distance and Online Education (CDOE). The main objective of CDOE was to assist students who are willing to pursue their further education but are unable to do so, due to a lack of facilities, geographical problems, and financial issues, to overcome these problems the university initiated its online education department.
