CAT Preparation 2025 with Online MBA Degree: Is It Worth It?

CAT 2025 is around the corner. IIM Lucknow will hold it in November 2025 in three respective sessions. The CAT is an All India-level entrance examination that helps shortlist candidates for admission in IIMs, such as IIM Ahmedabad, IIM Bangalore, IIM Calcutta, and many more.  CAT 2025

• The CAT 2025 will be a computer-based entrance examination that will be done in 3 slots.
• The total number of questions in the examination will be 66, which will be divided as follows- 24 questions of VARC,  20 questions of DILR, and 22 questions of QA.
• The total time allotted for each section will be 40 mins per section which makes the total time allotted 120 minutes to the overall paper.
• For each right answer, +3 marks will be awarded and for each wrong answer -1 marks will be deducted and no marks are deducted for Iype in the answer-based questions.
• The Most Important topics in the CAT 2025 examination for each section are-

1. VARC- Para jumbles, Parasummary, inference, reading comprehension
2. DILR- Caselets, Blood Relations, charts, syllogism, seating arrangements
3. QA- Arithmetic, Algebra, Probability, Geometry.
