Executive Professional Certificate in HR

IIM Kozhikode (Indian Institute of Management Kozhikode) offers an Online Executive HR Management Program designed to provide working professionals with the knowledge and skills required to excel in the field of Human Resource Management (HRM). Given below are the minimum conditions required for eligibility verification for admission to the executive professional certificate program in the HR Management program. You must fulfill any one of the following two conditions: 

• If the candidates have a bachelor’s degree, then they must have at least 2 years of work experience. 
• If the candidates have a master’s degree, then they can apply without any work experience.

The examination mode followed at IIM Kozhikode encourages the engagement of students in the program by including case studies, capstone projects, & other interactive academic activities.
