Anna University is a reputed and famous institution which is known for its quality education internationally. Anna University has launched its online programs to minimize these problems faced by the students and to make all the facilities offered by the university easily accessible to every student, the university has specially designed the fee structure of every program in such a way that it becomes affordable and budget friendly by students and working professional but the university does not offer a loan or EMI options for financially assisting the students, instead, the university offers some scholarships to financially help the student.

Anna University Online Admission Process
Students who are willing to enroll in the online programs offered at Anna University are requested to follow the steps mentioned below:
Step 1: To get admission at Anna University, students must check the eligibility criteria of their desired course and apply according to it.
Step 2: After checking the eligibility criteria students are required to visit the official website of the university and register themselves on it.
Step 3: After registration, students will receive their login details which are further useful in the admission process.
Step 4: Students log in on the official website of the university and click on the admission tab.
Step 5: After clicking on the admission tab, an application form will pop up and students are required to fill out the application form with the required information.
Step 6: While filling out the information in the application form, students have to attach the required documents along with it.
Step 7: After filling out all the information and attaching all the documents, students have to check their application form thoroughly to avoid any mistake that may result in rejection from the university end.
Step 8: After checking the application form, the student must pay the fee for their selected course and submit the application form.
Step 9: After submitting the form student must print it out along with the fee receipt for future reference.

Anna University Online Examination Pattern
The examination pattern of Anna University is simple and the most commonly opted examination pattern by online universities. The examination pattern of the university comprised two major components namely: internal assessment and end-term examination.
The internal assessments are conducted by the university to evaluate the learning of an individual according to the latest curriculum and it carries 20-30% of the total weightage that also includes the assignment, which is given to every student at the beginning of every semester. The end-term examinations are conducted to evaluate an individual's overall theoretical understanding during a semester and these examinations carry 70-80% of weightage.
Note: The question paper consists of three patterns, called ABC pattern type among which:
- Part A = 10*2 - 20 marks
- Part B = 5*13 - 65 marks
- Part C = 1*15 - 15 marks
