Bharthiar University is a public university situated in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, and it was established in 1981 by the government of Tamil Nadu under the Bharathiar University Act, 1981 (Act 1 of 1982). The university is a well-reputed and famous university for its quality education and it offers different programs and courses through its 39 different departments, which cover the jurisdiction of different parts of southern India namely: Coimbatore, Erode, Tirupur, and The Niligiris with 133 affiliated colleges.

Bharathiar University Online Admission Process
Students who are willing to get admission to the online courses offered by Bharathiar University are requested to follow the steps mentioned below:
Step 1: To get enrolled in Bharathiar University students are requested to visit the official website of the university and register themselves on the website.
Step 2: The registration process will give login credentials to the individual, which are further used to operate the student portal and application process.
Step 3: Students must log in with their credentials and click on the admission tab.
Step 4: After clicking on the online application tab, the application form will pop up and students are required to fill out the application form with the required information correctly.
Step 5: While filling out the form, students have to attach the important and required documents along with the application form.
Step 6: After filling out the form and attaching all the documents, the candidate must check and go through their application form thoroughly and look for abnormalities or any mistakes, because such mistakes can result in the rejection of the application form, from the university end.
Step 7: After checking it, students must pay the fee for their selected courses and apply for them.
Step 8: After submission of the form, students must take a printout of the fee receipt and application form for future reference.

Bharathiar University Online Examination Pattern
The examination pattern followed by the Bharatiar University Online programs is the most commonly opted. The examination pattern includes two major components namely: internal assessment and end-term examinations.
The internal assessment judges the overall understanding of an individual based on the academic activities and assignments they submit, whereas the end-term examination is conducted to evaluate the overall theoretical understanding of a student during a semester. The internal assessment carries 20-30% of the weightage whereas the end-term examination carries 70-80% of the total weightage.

My academic journey at the university was quite okay, I enjoyed it a lot, and being an online student I feel connected with the faculty as the classes were very interactive but there is room for little improvement on which the university is working. Overall I will recommend this college.
