JNU(Jawaharlal Nehru University) offers admission to its UG and certificate programmes through the CUET UG Examination, JNU exam and JEE mains exam. JNU will be now conducting counselling based on CUET 2024 in the month of August 2024.

JNU Admissions through CUET 2024 stages
Jawaharlal Nehru University offers admission to various UG and COP levels based on the marks of CUET. The Candidates appearing for CUET 2024 can directly apply for admission through the JNU CUET Counselling.
Here are the steps that candidates have to follow to enrol in the university for some programmes:
- Candidates are required to fill out the online CUET application form.
- Once the dates of the examination are released download your admit card accordingly.
- Then candidates need to appear for the CUET entrance examination.
- Once the examination is done candidates are required to check the CUET results and download the scorecard.
- Now, you can fill out the JNU Application form.
- Based on the marks of CUET, JNU will soon release the merit list.
- After all the formalities you can get admission. Download the JNU admission letter and complete your application further.
JNU Admissions through CUET 2024: Application process
To enrol in the program at JNU 2024 through the CUET examination, you need to follow certain steps:
- Step 1: You need to visit the official website of the NTA(National Testing Agency) and right-click on the JNUEE/ JNU CUET: And then click on the Fill the application form for JNUEE/JNU CUET 2024.
- Step 2: You can now register by providing your name, number and email ID.
- Step 3: After double-step verification, you can enter all your details including personal details, contact details, income details, academic records and many more.
- Step 4: Now upload all the required documents and pay the application fees.
- Step 5: Submit the application form; in the end, the applicants can download the application form.

Jawaharlal Nehru University admission based on CUET 2024 Merit list
Right after the completion of the JNU counselling process, JNU will release a merit list. The merit list is prepared after considering the marks secured by the candidate in CUET and reservation criteria. The final merit list is released on the official website of the university. You can check the merit list on the jnu.ac.in. Candidates should also check the course-specific merit list as well.
Jawaharlal Nehru University admission based on CUET 2024 Seat Allotment
Right after the release of the merit list, the candidates are required to take the admission. Candidates can download the seat allotment list from the official website of JNU. Along with the seat allotment list, the candidates can also download a provisional admission letter. The candidates have to use their login ID and password to download the seat allotment list of JNU. Once you download the admission letter, you can complete the admission process by paying admission fees.
