What is the refund policy for the Alliance University online degree program?

Alliance University Online has a clear refund policy depending on when the admission is cancelled or withdrawn:

• 15 days or more before the last date → 100% refund
• Less than 15 days before the last date → 90% refund
• Within 15 days after the last date → 80% refund
• More than 15 days but within 30 days after the last date → 50% refund
• More than 30 days after the last date → No refund

Alliance University Online allows a full refund of all fees, subject to a deduction of ₹1,000 as a processing fee. Students who wish to cancel or withdraw their admission must submit the request through the official process prescribed by the university. Once the request is received and approved, the refund is processed after deducting the applicable processing charge.
