Admission Procedure 2024 at BITS Pilani WILP (Work Integrated Learning Programs)

The admission process of BITS Pilani WILP is conducted virtually and since it is for professionals who are currently working/have working experience, it requires the employer’s consent of the candidate too. 

The steps for the admission procedure are described below, following which students can apply for a course in WILP: 

1. Initial Login

The very first step to be followed is to sign up/ login with one’s personal email ID on the official website of the university to access the main application form of the programme. 

2. Filling up of Application Form

After the candidate has logged themselves into the official application portal of the university, they can fill-in their application form by choosing their desired course and entering their basic personal details. After the details have been filled in, the candidate must submit the application form to the university by clicking on “Submit”. 

After the application has been submitted, the candidate is required to download a copy of the filled application form for future purposes as well as correspondence with the university. This can be done by clicking on “Download Application PDF Copy”. 

3. Application Fee Payment

After the application form has been successfully filled and submitted, the next step is to make the payment for the application, which is an amount of INR 1500. This amount is a non-refundable payment made to the university via online or other payment modes such as Credit Card/ Net Banking/ Debit Card. Interested candidates need to get their employer’s consent for participation in the course, by filling the form and getting the employer’s/ HR authority’s Signatures and Stamp of the organization or an email approval.  The candidate also needs their mentor’s approval (signatures) for applying to the course. 

5. Arranging Necessary Documents

The candidate must attach self-attested copies of all the important documents and certificates as mandated by the university.
