IIM Ahmedabad online MBA two-year program is held in hybrid mode, consisting of both online and offline (on-campus) modules. It is held primarily in the form of online classes and a part of it is held in on-campus immersion where the students get exposed to the facilities, faculty, and a diverse peer group from the batch. The program is curated in such a way that there is a middle ground between the abilities developed for a professional career and academic learning values. IIM Ahmedabad MBA-PGPX Fees

The Post-Graduation Programme in Management for Executives (PGPX) is a 1-year program for Executives who aim to upskill themselves into higher-level management positions with added responsibilities to lead organizations towards progress. This program’s fee depends on whether the student takes up Single Student Housing (SSH) accommodation or a Married Student Housing (MSH) accommodation.  If the student takes up SSH, he/she has to pay INR  33 Lakhs. Or if the student takes up MSH, he/she has to pay INR 35 Lakhs.

This fee covers tuition fees, library, computing, network changes, books & course materials, accommodation, International Immersion Programme (excluding stay-related and travel expenses), etc.  There will be additional charges for usage of telephone, electricity, sports/gym subscription, and laundry. Then there is a caution deposit that is INR 70K for MSH students and INR 35K for SSH students. There are two modes of payment for the MBA-PGPX fees-

IIM Ahmedabad PhD Financial Support

IIM Ahmedabad provides a Ph.D program in management that deals with complex issues in the field of management on which the students are equipped with the required skills to identify and research. This program prepares students to be thought leaders in the corporate and academic realms. The candidates meant to be a part of this program are the ones with stellar academic records, discipline, and intellectual curiosity, who are required to make fruitful contributions that expand the frontiers of knowledge.

A diverse set of avenues is provided for research and interdisciplinary learning where a student chooses one of the 11 sectoral/functional areas. When it comes to the area chosen, the student not only learns but acquires theoretical knowledge that is super-specialized and also masters the practical parts of it.

IIM Ahmedabad Executive Post Graduate Diploma in Advanced Business Analytics (ePGD-ABA) Fees

The Executive Post-Graduate Diploma in Advanced Business Analytics (ePGD-ABA) is a course provided by IIM Ahmedabad. It is a diploma course of 16 months that provides a well-curated blend of courses that are based on techniques and tools. These techniques and tools will be for modeling & analysis of varieties of data, and data visualization. In addition to that, there are machine-learning algorithms, cloud computing, and domain-specific applications of data analytics. The mode of delivery of this program will be a blend of on-campus and online sessions. The candidate must have work experience for two years. The fee for this course is INR 12 Lakhs.

IIM Ahmedabad FDP (Faculty Development Programme) Fees

The faculty development programs (FDP) are meant for the ones who teach management and allied subjects from various organizational backgrounds such as management schools, colleges, universities, staff training colleges, training centers of industrial organizations, and staff training institutes of both state & central governments. With these programs, these instructors can look to build up an understanding of the core parts of general management. Along with that, the student can have exposure to advanced topics. The students get to experiment and learn with effective pedagogical techniques. The course also lets the student familiarise with essential parts of implementing research studies. Two programs are offered which are FDP in General Management and FDP in Pedagogy and Research Methods. The program fee structure for both courses is given below-

IIM Ahmedabad Scholarships

Scholarships are provided by IIM Ahmedabad to the students who need them. Several factors are responsible for providing a certain amount to a student as a scholarship. Some of these factors are the number of people who are dependents in the student’s family, ownership of assets, the student’s gross family income, etc. There are several avenues from which these scholarships are given. Starting with-

(A) SC/ST Scholarships

SC/ST students enrolled in the postgraduate programs are provided for ten months with INR 150 each month.

(B) Government of India Scholarships

• Minority Welfare Scholarship (Merit-cum-Means): Then there are Minority Welfare Scholarships granted by the Ministry of Minority Affairs. These scholarships are awarded on a merit-cum-means basis, to the students with the background of belonging to one of the minority communities. Also, the family income of the student is below INR 2.5 Lakhs per annum.
• Scholarships for Students with Disabilities: In the case of Scholarships for Students with Disabilities, scholarships are given to students who are meritorious and categorized under DA/PWD (Differently Abled/Person without Disabilities). Along with that, their family income is below INR 6 Lakhs per annum.
• SC/ST Scholarship: There are SC/SCT scholarships that are granted to students with merit, who are from SC/ST backgrounds in which the student’s family income is less than INR 4.5 Lakhs per annum.

(C) Special Need-Based Scholarship

The special need-based scholarship scheme is provided by IIM Ahmedabad for students from post-graduate programs who have an annual gross family income of INR 15 Lakhs in the previous financial year. The following are the remaining conditions for providing this scholarship:-

• Required Proofs- family income (total income of parents/guardian, wife if married ), education loan worth, past earnings, etc. (Income before tax deduction will be considered)
• The economic status of the student will be analyzed to determine the decision to provide financial assistance or not. The criteria for the evaluation of the economic status will be the number of dependents on the family income, movable & immovable family assets, and anything else the institute deems necessary.

(D) IIM Ahmedabad Exit Scholarships

• Scholarships for fresh graduates from IIM Ahmedabad who have taken up the job of a Non-Profit Professional in a “Not-for-Profit” Organisation: Meant to encourage students to join Not-for-Profit Organisations/NGOs, the institute provides financial assistance to students who have joined Not-for-Profit Organisations/NGOs. Two students from each batch are provided financial assistance for three consecutive years to pay off a part of the loans that they took to study at IIM Ahmedabad. The amount provided for each student per person per year is between the range of INR 3 Lakhs to INR 4 Lakhs.
• Assistance ships for fresh graduates of IIM Ahmedabad who want to pursue doctoral studies: Fresh students after postgraduation from IIM Ahmedabad are encouraged to pursue doctoral studies in India or abroad. Hence, two students from the latest batch are given a scholarship ranging between INR 3 Lakhs to INR 4 Lakhs per year per student. The timeline for being provided with the scholarship will be at most 3 consecutive years.
• Scholarships for IIM Ahmedabad fresh graduates aspiring to be entrepreneurs: With the intention of encouraging fresh graduates from IIM Ahmedabad to pursue entrepreneurship, the institute has a scheme in place that provides INR 30K as a monthly stipend for two students from each batch for 3 consecutive years at most. Placements must be avoided by the student to get this scholarship and should have business plans.

(E) Scholarships provided by Corporations and Industries

• T Thomas Scholarship: This scholarship is granted to a second-year student, based on the merit-cum-means criteria. The amount granted is INR 1 Lakh per year by Hindustan Unilever Ltd.
• Dunia Scholarship for Scholastic Excellence: In this merit scholarship, provided by Dunia Finance LLC, two scholarships are provided each to PGP-Is and PGP-IIs. The amount provided is INR 1 Lakh per year per scholarship.
• Aditya Birla Group Scholarships: This scholarship is awarded to 3 students each in PGP-I and PGP-II, based on merit. It is granted by the Aditya Birla Group who do the selection of the students. The amount that is granted is INR 1.75 Lakhs per student per year. 
• OP Jindal Engineering and Management Scholarship: Granted by the OP Jindal group, this scholarship is provided to one or two students of IIM Ahmedabad who are studying in second-year PGP. The amount granted to each student is INR 1.5 Lakh per student per year. For this scholarship, students are selected based on an online test, personal interview, and academic performance.

(F) Alumni Scholarships

• Smt. J Nagamma Memorial Award: A first-year student of PGP at the end of the first year is granted a merit scholarship worth INR 15K that is based on the student’s academic performance.
• Shri GC Mittal Entrepreneurial Aid: Fresh graduates of PGP/PGP-FABM from IIM Ahmedabad who aim to start their venture are granted INR 2 Lakhs, with the condition that the student must not attend the placement event conducted by the institute. The students who can apply for this scholarship are the ones who have taken up an educational loan of a minimum of INR 1 Lakh, with a combined family income below INR 8 Lakhs per annum. The student must come up with a business plan that will be the major factor for the selection. This aid will be conferred to the selected student on the day of convocation.
• PGP Alumni Endowment funds: Every year, Nine PGP-I & PGP-FABM-II are given financial assistance because they are economically and socially challenged. Each eligible student gets an amount ranging between INR 2 Lakhs and INR 3 Lakhs, through this scholarship. Interested students get to be screened based on their applications for the Special Need-Based Scholarship. The beneficiary students are expected to contribute in the future to support future students preferably equal to or more than the amount of scholarship received by the beneficiary student. This contribution is meant to be made within 5-7 years after completion of the course. The grace period for the student who graduated from IIM Ahmedabad to start contributing is one year from the year of graduation. To get the scholarship, the student needs to give consent to contribute.
• Class of PGP 2001, Peri Viswanath Scholarship: This scholarship is an initiative taken up by the batchmates of the late Mr. Peri Viswanath(who died in a road accident) to preserve his legacy at the forefront of a scholarship that provides financial assistance to one student of PGP/PGP-FABM. The amount that the student will be provided is INR 2 Lakhs per year and INR 4 Lakhs for 2 years. Based on Merit-cum-Means, the student will be chosen. In the case of merit, the student’s first-year performance and past academic performances will be considered. And when it comes to means, the students that will be considered are the ones with an annual family income below  INR 15 Lakhs. This scholarship will be granted to the student at the beginning of the second year. By getting the scholarship the student is expected to contribute towards this scheme(provide consent to contribute to avail the scholarship) within 5-7 years after graduation from IIM Ahmedabad which will be used to support the future students who will be taking this scheme. A grace period of one year will be provided to start contributions.
