IIM Kashipur provides several programmes. Starting with the post-graduate programmes in management such as MBA and Executive MBA. Both the programmes also provide a specialisation in Analytics. Then there is a doctoral programme in management that is a Ph.D (Fellow Programme in Management). Then there is executive education for upskilling relevant & latest skills in management.

This 2-year programme is a standard MBA programme that covers functional areas of management that are relatively more relevant and emphasises innovation and critical thinking. Its curriculum is based on courses that involve Flexicore Experiential Learning that makes the student learn skills with a practical approach in real business environments in simulations and business locations around the IIM Kashipur campus where the student contributes towards the economy of the Kashipur region. This 2-year programme is an MBA programme that specialises in Analytics. With the advent of the big data revolution, there is a need for skilled managers with relevant knowledge & skills associated with data analytics along with management knowledge & skills which can be used to solve complex business problems. This two-year programme is an MBA programme meant for executives who are in mid/senior level positions in their current job. This programme is held in hybrid mode in which the online classes are held through an online conference platform and the offline classes are held during campus immersion. IIM Kashipur Ph.D (Doctoral Program) Financial Support

This 4-year programme is a doctoral programme (Fellow Programme in Management) that is meant for those who want to carry out research & study in their preferred area of management. Through this programme the student is trained to identify complex issues in management and develop the skills necessary to research them. The student gets to publish his/her work in research journals that have a good international track record. The students also get to sharpen their teaching skills through learning techniques and methodologies required to host teaching sessions to impart the student’s expertise in a classroom setting.

The students of this programme are not charged any fee. The financial support, facilities, benefits and allowances that are provided to the students of this programme are given in the following points-

• The fellowship for the first and second year is INR 37K per month.
• In the third and fourth year, after the TAC (Thesis Advisory Committee) formation, the student is granted INR 42K per month.
• If the student is allowed to extend his/her programme duration to the fifth year, the student will be paid INR 42K per month.
• The contingency grant provided to the students of the programme is INR 25K per annum.
• There is also a one-time equipment grant of INR 50K.
• The hostel accommodation for the students of this programme is free of cost.
• For availing the facilities of the hostel mess, the student will be charged on a pro-rata basis.
• The married students will get a reimbursement of INR 5K per month on producing the rent receipt.
• During the programme, the student will get a grant of up to INR 3 Lakhs to attend national and international conferences.
