Swami Vivekanand Subharti University is among the most prominent universities and was established in 2008 and is situated in Meerut, Uttar Pradesh. The university has stated that “Education is the Backbone and the most crucial factor in terms of growth of any country” and to implement this, the university has initiated its separate department for Distance Education which is termed Swami Vivekanand Subharti University Directorate of Distance Education.

Swami Vivekanand Subharti University Distance Education is a private university that is approved by the University Grants Commission and Distance Education Bureau. The Swami Vivekanand Subharti University Distance Education is also accredited by the National Assessment and Accreditation and received an “A++” grade for offering top-notch quality education to the students.

The Swami Vivekanand Subharti University offers multiple programs under its Directorate of Distance Education department which include undergraduate, postgraduate, diploma, and certificate courses in a plethora of specializations and every course offered at the university is valid and approved by UGC-DEB and AICTE.

The examination process at the Swami Vivekanand Subharti University Distance Education is comprised of two major components, which are termed internal assessment and end-term examinations.

The internal assessment holds a weightage of 20-30% of total marks obtained by a candidate and it is based upon the assignment, quiz, and other tasks that are assigned to a student at the beginning of every semester Rest marks are evaluated based on the theoretical knowledge gained by a student throughput a semester and the end-term examination holds 70-80% of total weightage.
