Administration Executive Job in Kolkata at Matrix International

This is a full-time administrative assistant role based on-site in Kolkata at Matrix Integrated. We are looking for a detail-oriented individual who can work independently, ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements, and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

Key responsibilities:

1. Providing support on a range of tasks, including administrative, organizational, and HR duties
2. Working on HR functions, office maintenance & coordinating operational activities
3. Organizing and scheduling meetings
4. Managing inventory and office supplies
5. Working on basic accounting
6. Reviewing and answering correspondence
7. Maintaining files and records, and working on other relevant tasks

Who can apply:

1. A bachelor's degree or above in any discipline
2. 1-2 years of relevant work experience in an administrative role
3. Good communication and interpersonal skills
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.)
