Digital Marketing Specialist Job in Multiple locations at Gsolar

We are looking for a 'Digital Marketing Expert' to join our team at Gsolar. As a leading solar panel installation company, we need someone who can enhance our online presence, manage our digital campaigns, and generate quality leads.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, social media, and display advertising.
2. Optimize content for the website and social networking channels.
3. Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
4. Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience.
5. Measure and report the performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
6. Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests.
7. Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints.

Requirements:

1. Proven working experience in digital marketing.
2. Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategies, and best practices.
3. Experience in SEO, PPC, Email marketing, and social media.
4. Knowledge of web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends).
5. Familiarity with A/B and multivariate experiments.
6. Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
7. Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.

Preferred qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in marketing, digital technologies, or a related field.
2. Experience in the renewable energy sector.
