About the Job
1. Work on lead generation & prospecting.
2. Work on sales target achievement.
3. Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets set by the organization.
4. Track and report on sales performance regularly, adjusting strategies as necessary to achieve goals.
5. Monitor and analyze sales metrics to optimize sales efforts and improve outcomes.
6. Work on market research & competitive analysis.
7. Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activity.
8. Gather insights from customers and prospects to identify emerging needs and business opportunities.
9. Report market intelligence and feedback to the sales and marketing teams to refine product positioning.
10. Work on sales administration & reporting.
11. Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status in the CRM system.
12. Provide regular reports on sales performance, pipeline status, and forecasts.
13. Manage documentation related to contracts, quotations, and customer correspondence.
