Junior Teacher Job in Multiple locations at TopperEd Tech

Key responsibilities:

1. Teaching & Lesson Planning

Develop and deliver structured lesson plans aligned with the curriculum (CBSE, ICSE, State Board, etc.).
Simplify complex concepts using engaging teaching techniques.
Customize teaching methods based on the student’s learning pace and abilities.
Provide additional support in weak subject areas and ensure conceptual clarity.

2. Student Engagement & Progress Tracking

Conduct interactive and engaging sessions to maintain student interest.
Assess student progress through tests, assignments, and quizzes.
Provide regular feedback to students and parents on performance and improvement areas.

3. Homework & Exam Preparation

Assist students with homework, projects, and assignments.
Prepare students for school exams, unit tests, and competitive assessments.
Share effective study techniques, time management strategies, and exam-writing tips.

4. Parental Communication & Reporting

Regularly communicate with parents/guardians to discuss student progress.
Suggest personalized learning strategies and improvements where needed.
Provide detailed progress reports and insights on student learning outcomes.

5. Discipline & Student Development

Instill a sense of discipline, responsibility, and self-learning habits in students.
Encourage critical thinking, problem-solving, and independent learning.
Motivate students to develop a strong academic foundation and a growth mindset.
