Remote Recruiter Job at ONE XL INFO LLP

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented 'Recruiter' with 6 months to 1 year of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process to ensure we attract and hire the best talent for our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sourcing Candidates:
- Use job portals, social media, professional networks, and internal databases to source candidates.
- Post job openings on various platforms and manage candidate responses.

2. Screening & Shortlisting:
- Review resumes to identify suitable candidates based on job requirements.
- Conduct initial telephonic screening to assess qualifications, experience, and compatibility.

3. Interview Coordination:
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Ensure smooth communication throughout the interview process.

4. Documentation & Follow-Up:
- Collect and verify necessary documents from candidates during the hiring process.
- Provide regular updates to stakeholders on recruitment progress.

5. Database Management:
- Maintain and update candidate databases with accurate and timely information.

6. Candidate Engagement:
- Build and maintain positive relationships with candidates to ensure a great experience during and after the recruitment process.

Experience: 6 months - 1 year
Work Type: Remote
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Salary: ₹12,000 - ₹15,000 per month
Working Hours: 9 AM – 6 PM or 10 AM – 7 PM
