About Kurukshetra University Distance Education
This University was founded by the first president of India, Dr Rajendra Prasad in the year 1956. It is located at the famous destination in India, where the plot of the famous Epic was set, in the city of Kurukshetra. The University is lying on the banks of the river. Currently, the University is offering courses in both the mode, in online and distance modes of education. Throughout the years the university has grown in terms of providing quality education, and world-class facilities to the students.
This University is offering more than 175 courses to students in regular, online, and distance modes of education. It is recognized by NIRF & IQAC. The University has been accredited with an NAAC A+ grade. Also, it is positioned at 8th rank by the MHRD(Ministry of Human Resource Development) as a Category 1 University.

The University offers courses in regular, online, and distance courses. The fees for all three vary. However, for ODL & OL mode of degree programs, it is comparatively less than the regular degree programs. Also, it is not important to pay the fee for the whole semester in one go. Kurukshetra University Distance Education Admission Process
The University provides many courses in distance mode of education. It has got many approvals and credentials from high entities that have an international image. If you planning to study at this institute, you can follow these steps.
Step 1- Make sure to check the best course for you at the University. Also, look for the eligibility criteria to get enrolled in the same study program.
Step 2- Now move to the next step. In this step, you are required to apply online after the release of the online application form on the official website of this university.
Step 3- Register on the online admission portal with the mail id or phone number. You will get a verification code on the same. After logging in back set your password and move to the next step.
Step 4- You need to fill out the entire form by entering all the relevant required details. It is advised to check all the details twice.
Step 5- Now next step requires you to scan the required documents and upload them on the official portal.

Kurukshetra University Distance Education Examination Pattern
The Examination pattern for each course will vary, It will be done majorly in two steps. The first one will be the submission of the Assessments and the assignments on a particular date and time. The next step of evaluation is done by assessing the term-end or final examinations score. The Students need to fill out the examination form after the notification appears on the website. Keep checking the website, as it could be proved very beneficial.
