About the Internship
1. Â Perform data entries for purchases, sales, and other accounts
2. Mapping transactions to the respective expenses incurred by the business
3. Participate in month-end and year-end reconciliation processes and reportsÂ
4. Monitor inbound and outbound shipments for fulfillment on a daily, weekly monthly, and yearly basis
5. Follow-up with vendors for tracing of shipments and complete end-to-end cycle from initiating claims to receipt of shipment and/or reimbursement
6. Update the shipping companyâs website with required data follow-up via email and complete the end-to-end cycle to ensure goods are received by LWW on days that you will work as per the agreed work schedule
7. Prepare and process various documents/statistical summaries/reports requiring the assessment and analysis of data
8. Conduct research on new products and tabulate dataÂ
9. Update and monitor LWWâs website with pricing and other data
10. Design promotions and ad campaigns and post them across various product categories for website and social media platforms
11. Perform any other task assigned by the directors

Lobo Worldwide Inc. is a Canadian family-run company established in 2021 and located in Ontario, Canada. It is founded and run by 3 Canadian women, and two out of the three members are young adults. The concept of Lobo Worldwide Inc. was born in the middle of the Covid-19 pandemic. Before the global lockdown, consumers were gradually progressing towards their preferred online shopping platform. However, the occurrence of COVID-19 accelerated the pace of online shopping. Today consumers are looking to buy quality products at a reasonable price without having to set foot in physical stores. The founders of Lobo Worldwide Inc. are three women entrepreneurs who researched the global market via different social media as well as numerous online platforms. They noted three major customer complaints: inconsistent product quality, expired products, and faulty packaging with damaged goods.
