We're looking for a Virtual Assistant Intern to help bring an educational wellbeing program to life through visuals, templates, and simple marketing support. This is a hands-on internship where you’ll gain real-world experience in design, branding, and content creation.

Key Responsibilities
Create visuals in Canva and Procreate based on provided outlines and templates 

Follow an existing brand style guide for consistency

Design engaging graphics for social media, emails, and learning materials

Assist with basic marketing funnels like email opt-ins and lead magnets

Support simple admin and content coordination tasks

Who Can Apply
Students or recent graduates from any field (Design, Marketing, Education preferred)

Must have strong Canva, Procreate and digital design skills

Good sense of layout, color, and visual balance

Ability to follow directions and work independently

Interest in education, children’s wellbeing, or social-emotional learning is a bonus

Basic knowledge of email marketing tools (Mailchimp, Mailerlite, etc.) is a bonus
