Key Responsibilities:
1. Handle inbound calls, WhatsApp, and other support channels
2. Explain Awwzoâs services, pricing, and booking process clearly and confidently
3. Resolve queries or concerns from pet parents with empathy and ownership
4. Coordinate with centre teams for smooth pickups, drop-offs, and in-stay updates
5. Maintain call logs and CRM records, and escalate issues where required
6. Contribute ideas to improve customer experience, communication flows, and
