We are seeking a client success executive – technical (Facebook ads) to join our growing team. This role blends client success with hands-on Facebook ads campaign management. You will be responsible for launching new client systems, managing ad campaigns, providing support, and ensuring clients achieve maximum results from our platform.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Conduct new client system launch calls and guide them through setup.
2. Launch and manage Facebook Ads for clients based on scheduled calls and SOPs.
3. Provide ongoing client support (via calls, scheduled check-ins, and text).
4. Test and optimize campaigns to improve performance and ROI.
5. Follow SOPs to ensure consistency and reliability in client delivery.
6. Act as the first point of contact to resolve client issues quickly and effectively.
7. Report to internal team on client campaign performance and success metrics.
8. Ensure every client achieves maximum recruitment results with our system.
