Key responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement effective HR strategies to attract, retain, and develop top talent.
2. Coordinate recruitment efforts, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and facilitating the onboarding process.
3. Manage employee relations and provide support on HR policies and procedures.
4. Conduct training and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
5. Handle performance management processes, including goal setting and performance evaluations.
6. Maintain HR records and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
7. Collaborate with the leadership team to align HR initiatives with organizational goals and objectives.
