About the Job
1. Identify and engage suitable candidates through job portals, social media platforms, and employee referral initiatives.
2. Review resumes and conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate suitability.
3. Schedule and coordinate interviews, ensuring effective communication between candidates and hiring managers.
4. Assist in onboarding activities, including orientation support and management of HR documentation.
5. Update and maintain employee records using Google Sheets and internal HR systems.
6. Support employee engagement programs and contribute to internal communication efforts.
7. Conduct employee feedback surveys and prepare structured, actionable reports based on the findings.
8. Organize performance-related data and assist with appraisal documentation and follow-ups.
9. Collaborate with the HR team to ensure smooth execution of daily operational tasks.
10. Stay informed about current HR trends and recommend best practices to improve HR processes.
