About the Job
We are looking for a creative and results-oriented Social Media Associate to join Kayakriti. Your primary goal will be to establish a strong "omnipresence" for Dr. Amit Agarwal online. You will transform complex medical procedures into engaging, educational, and accessible content for our audience.
Key responsibilities:
A. Content Strategy & Creation:
1. Plan and execute a monthly content calendar for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
2. Convert medical blogs and case studies into engaging Reels, Carousels, and Graphics.
3. Shoot and edit high-quality videos of clinic facilities and doctor testimonials.
B. Brand Growth & Management:
1. Write compelling captions in English and Hindi that connect with patients.
2. Manage the clinicâs online reputation by responding to comments and DMs professionally.
3. Optimize profiles to improve visibility and reach (SEO for social media).
C. Analytics & Reporting:
1. Track key metrics (Reach, Engagement, Leads) and adjust strategies to maximize growth.
2. Stay updated with the latest social media trends and audio to keep our content fresh.
