Key Responsibilities:

A. Job Posting and Recruitment Management
1. Post available job openings across online job boards, recruitment platforms, and social media channels.
2. Ensure each job posting includes accurate descriptions, qualifications, and application details.
3. Update job listings regularly to reflect current openings or closed positions.

B. Applicant Screening and Shortlisting
1. Review incoming resumes and applications daily to ensure they meet required qualifications.
2. Organize and categorize applicants into suitable roles based on skillset, experience, and availability.
3. Identify and flag top candidates for HR Director review.

C. Interview Coordination
1. Schedule interviews between the HR Director and shortlisted candidates.
2. Send interview confirmations, reminders, and follow-up communication.
3. Maintain an interview calendar and ensure time zone accuracy across regions.

D. Communication and Reporting
1. Act as a liaison between applicants and the HR Director.
2. Draft professional email correspondence and follow-up messages.
3. Prepare weekly reports summarizing recruitment activity, applicant pipeline, and interview outcomes.

E. Administrative Support
1. Maintain digital records of applications, resumes, and interview notes.
2. Assist in onboarding new hires by coordinating documentation and introductory calls.
3. Provide administrative support to the HR Director and HR department as needed.
