4. Developing and implementing recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
5. Conducting recruitment events and job fairs to promote the company and attract potential candidates.
6. Providing regular updates to management on recruitment progress and candidate pipeline.
7. Ensuring compliance with all recruitment laws and regulations.
