Remote Technical Marketing & Funnel Operations Executive Job at Vikas Agrawal Productions LLP

Key responsibilities:

A. Funnel & Website Management:
1. Build, edit, and maintain marketing funnels using platforms like Builderall, Wix, and WordPress.
2. Customize funnels (e.g., removing branding, making reusable templates).
3. Design or update websites and landing pages aligned with campaign goals.
4. Create key site pages (Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, etc.) and troubleshoot WordPress/Elementor issues.

B. Automation & Integration:
1. Set up and manage automations using Pabbly, Zapier, or GoHighLevel.
2. Connect lead forms, CRMs, and email platforms (ActiveCampaign, GoDaddy mail, etc.).
3. Ensure triggers, reminders, and badge issuance function correctly.
4. Handle billing transitions and technical migrations when required.

C. Email & Communication Systems:
1. Create and update survey forms and onboarding questionnaires.
2. Set up email sequences, reminders, and automation triggers.
3. Manage broadcast campaigns and performance reporting.

D. Tracking & Analytics:
1. Implement tracking systems such as Meta Pixel across funnels.
2. Verify and test data flow from form submissions to CRM and analytics dashboards.
3. Troubleshoot issues with tracking or integrations.

E. Cross-Functional Support:
1. Coordinate with internal teams across marketing, tech, and design.
2. Manage and document campaign workflows and deliverables.
3. Support funnel migration projects and automation upgrades.
4. Revise live webinar funnels into evergreen models with video embeds and optimized thank-you pages.
