Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role based in South Delhi, with flexibility for partial work-from-home.
The Sales Executive will play a key role in driving SMARRTIF AI’s growth by:
1. Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
2. Building and maintaining strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
3. Conducting market research to identify trends and client needs.
4. Generating qualified leads and converting them into successful enrollments.
5. Preparing and presenting compelling sales proposals and product demonstrations.
6. Meeting and exceeding monthly and quarterly sales targets.
7. Coordinating with the marketing and product teams to ensure alignment of sales strategies with overall company goals.
8. Providing excellent customer service and post-sales support to ensure client satisfaction and long-term engagement.

Qualifications
1. Proven sales and negotiation skills, with a track record of achieving or exceeding targets.
2. Strong ability to build and maintain client relationships.
3. Experience in lead generation and market research.
4. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
5. Self-motivated with the ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
6. Prior experience in the Ed-Tech, AI/ML, or consulting domain is a plus.
7. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
