SEO & SMO Specialist Job in Panchkula at Rohindia Private Limited

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented SEO & SMM Specialist with excellent communication skills to manage and grow our online presence. The ideal candidate will have expertise in search engine optimization (SEO) and social media optimization (SMM), coupled with the ability to engage effectively with audiences. They should be adept at creating and posting content, managing interactions, and building meaningful connections to enhance brand visibility and engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

A. Search Engine Optimization (SEO):

1. Perform on-page and off-page SEO activities, including keyword research, competitor analysis, and content optimization.
2. Develop and implement effective link-building strategies to improve domain authority.
3. Optimize website architecture, structure, and navigation to ensure search engine accessibility.
4. Conduct regular technical SEO audits and recommend/implement fixes.
5. Monitor and analyze website performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, or Ahrefs.
6. Stay updated with the latest SEO trends, algorithm changes, and best practices.

B. Social Media Optimization (SMO):

1. Plan, create, and execute social media strategies across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and others.
2. Create, schedule, and publish engaging and grammatically accurate content (text, images, and videos) tailored to each platform.
3. Interact with audiences through comments, messages, and other engagement channels to foster relationships and build community.
4. Optimize social media pages and posts for visibility, SEO, and engagement.
5. Track, analyze, and report the performance of social media campaigns using analytics tools.
6. Stay informed about emerging social media trends and best practices to drive innovation.

2. Collaborate with the content and design teams to ensure high-quality, consistent branding across platforms.
