Job Summary:

We are seeking a results-driven SEO Executive to optimize and manage search engine strategies for our website registekaro.in. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of SEO best practices, algorithm updates, keyword research, content optimization, and technical SEO.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop, execute, and refine comprehensive SEO strategies (on-page, off-page, and technical SEO) and Content Planning.
2. Lead, mentor, and manage a team of SEO executives and Interns.
3. Coordinate with the content, design, development, and marketing teams to ensure SEO best practices are implemented.
4. Conduct regular SEO audits, competitor analysis, and backlink assessments to identify and implement growth opportunities.
5. Monitor, analyze, and report on SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Screaming Frog.
6. Stay updated with SEO trends, search engine algorithm updates, and emerging digital marketing techniques.
7. Create and present monthly SEO performance reports, insights, and actionable recommendations to management.
8. Hands-on experience in Local SEO optimization, including Google My Business (GMB) management, local citations, and geo-targeted keyword strategies.
Familiarity with AI/ML tools for SEO and automation.


Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, IT, or a related field. Strong experience, hands-on SEO experience, including at least 1 year in a leadership/managerial role.
2. Proven track record of successful SEO strategy and execution.
3. Strong knowledge of technical SEO, structured data, website architecture, and site migration processes.
4. Proficient with SEO tools: Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Screaming Frog, GTmetrix, etc.
5. Good understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and CMS platforms(basic level).
6. Strong leadership, project management, and decision-making skills.
7. Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and ability to explain complex SEO concepts clearly.
8. Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
