Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead the onboarding process for new suppliers and ensure a smooth transition onto our platform.
2. Develop and execute category strategies to drive growth and maximize profitability.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize product assortments and pricing strategies.
4. Analyze market trends and customer insights to identify opportunities for product enhancements.
5. Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, negotiating contracts and terms to ensure mutual success.
6. Monitor and evaluate category performance, making data-driven decisions to drive sales and improve margins.
7. Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activities to continuously improve our category offerings.
